CONINS ACRYLCOAT ARB-30 Black is a range of high quality, flexible, and eco-friendly acrylic conformal coating for PCBA which are inevitable and delicate components in electronics and electrical. PCBA can be damaged in harsh environmental conditions and results in failure of electronics to function. Conins Acrylcoat ARB-30 Black provides the right protection for the PCBAs. It also help to hide the component on PCBA Surface.

Spraying :
Clean the surface thoroughly. Spray Acrylcoat from a distance of 25cms. from the surface evenly.
For better results, preheat the board in oven at 45°C or by using hot air blower before coating.
Post heat after coating at 45°C for 2–3 mins. Spray each pass in one direction only.
SHAKE THE AEROSOL BOTTLE WELL BEFORE EACH APPLICATION.
If there are sharp edges on one side of the board (on solder side), place the board horizontally with the components leads facing down after it is sprayed.
Removal : The coating can be removed using Conins Thinner EL-CLEAN
Storage : Care should be taken while storing the coating material.
Store in a cool dry place below 40°C. Keep away from naked flame or flammable material.
The contents are highly inflammable. Destroy the container after use.
Caution : Use conformal coating in a very well-ventilated room.Do not use it in an air-conditioned room. Acrylicoat is a flammable material. Contact with skin or eyes and inhalation should be avoided. In case of contact, wash the affected areas with soap and plenty of water. Keep away from open flames and flammable material. Use in an adequately ventilated area only.
